In 2012 and 2018, the ship underwent thorough renovations: the hull was sandblasted and given a completely new Awlgrip paint system, the masts were renovated and varnished, and new standing rigging was installed.

The Ford Lehman diesel engine delivers 135 hp and has approximately 1,000 engine hours, driven via a propeller shaft. The hull material is steel, built in the Netherlands – material and construction method that stand for durability and ease of maintenance.
