Steam Tug 31M

The Steam Tug 31M is built in 1895 by J.P. Rennoldson and Son in Newcastle, England. Propulsion is provided by a triple expansion steam engine, a rare system in today's motor yacht market.

This steel motor yacht measures 31.1 meter lengte over alles, has a breedte of 6.4 meter and a diepgang of 3.6 meter. The waterverplaatsing is 335 tons and the propulsion delivers 500 hp via one Rennoldson & Son steam engine with shaft drive.

The cruising range is 2.400 nautical miles at a maximum speed of 10 kn. The construction is entirely steel, in accordance with the British shipyard tradition from the late 19th century.

Accommodatie includes 4 hutten with a total of 18 slaapplaatsen, suitable for larger groups or charter use. The layout offers space for long journeys and stays on board.

The Steam Tug is currently located in Sint Annaland, but can be viewed by appointment in Rome, Italië. The ship was built in Great Britain and the VAT status is paid. The asking price is EUR 250.000.
