Delete your Obato account

1. Sign in to obato.eu with your email and password.
2. Go to "My profile" → "Settings" (top-right menu).
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete account".
4. Type "VERWIJDER" to confirm and optionally select a reason. Confirm.

• Profile data (name, email, phone number, photo)
• Listings and uploads (boats, photos, videos, descriptions)
• Messages, leads and quotes sent
• Reservations, rental bookings and transaction history
• Preferences, saved searches and favorites

Once deletion is final, you receive a digital HMAC-signed proof-of-deletion receipt by email. You can validate this receipt yourself on our verification page.

No longer able to sign in? Email privacy@obato.eu with the subject "Delete account". Include the email address you registered with. We process the request manually within 30 days.

Under GDPR (art. 17) you have the right to erasure. Obato fully honors this right. For other GDPR requests (access, rectification, portability), contact privacy@obato.eu.
